It took three days for someone to fix a WATER LEAK. The windows and doors are not properly sealed, and you can see outside light coming out of all siding. This complex is overpriced and has the lowest quality apartment in the area, and I could go on forever about my terrible experience here. I could not get out of this place soon enough. Our community boasts vacation-inspired amenities such as two salt-water swimming pools, a 24-hour fitness center, resident clubroom with Apple iLounge and Starbucks coffee bar.

The Brookwood Apartment Homes are centrally located to downtown while still being a short drive to 280. As a student at UAB, I can generally get to class in less than 10 minutes in traffic. The Brookwood is near Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International, located 7.9 miles or 12 minutes away.

We currently have a leaking ceiling that hasn’t been fixed in 10 days (you read that right. 10!) and had mold on the walls that they just painted over.
